William C. Fulcher, D.D.S.
Dr. Fulcher was born at Williams Air Force Base in Mesa, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University and majored in Chemistry and Small Business. After only 3 years, he went on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Fulcher has extensive training and experience in all aspects of General Dentistry. He also has completed advanced programs in Aesthetic Dentistry, Endodontics (root canals), Orthodontics, Sleep
Apnea, and Oral Surgery, where he learned wisdom tooth removal and implant placement, which has now become his main focus.
Dr. Fulcher enjoys giving back to the community. In addition to our annual Teacher Smile Makeover and Veteran’s Smile Day, Dr. Fulcher went on a dental mission to Cambodia with Agape Ministries. While there, he treated over 1,000 children! In 2009, he was awarded the Edwin
L. Wilson, Jr. award, which recognizes dentists who exemplify compassion, dedication, and enthusiasm in the field of dentistry.
From 2009 to 2015, Dr. Fulcher was a partner in multiple dental offices throughout the Valley. After selling those, Dr. Fulcher founded My Dental in 2015 to better align his two passions of helping people and providing high quality dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fulcher enjoys spending time with his wife, Shari, and their three children, Bella, Greyson, and Remi. He loves doing anything outdoors, especially sports!
Joshua E. Cadwell, D.D.S.

Dr. Cadwell grew up in the desert landscape of southeastern Washington State, where his curiosity and creativity took root. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry.
With a unique foundation in engineering coupled with artistic vision for how much a smile can transform a look and a life, Dr. Cadwell belongs to an elite group—less than 1% of dentists nationwide—with this rare combination of scientific and aesthetic training.
Dr. Cadwell is passionate about transforming lives through dentistry. He creates beautiful, healthy smiles by blending modern techniques with advanced technology, all within a calming and welcoming environment. His belief that the health of the mouth and the body are inseparable guides every aspect of his practice, keeping the whole person in mind.
With hundreds of hours of advanced post-graduate training in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, and sleep apnea treatment, Dr. Cadwell continues to pursue excellence in all aspects of truly comprehensive care.
Outside the office, Dr. Cadwell embraces life in the AZ desert, which he has now called home for over 13 years. He enjoys hiking, biking, four-wheeling, and spending time on the water. An enthusiastic pilot, devoted husband, and proud father, he also finds joy under the hood of one of his muscle cars—keeping his hands as busy as they are skilled.

Cayman M. Nielson, D.M.D.
Dr. Nielson was born and raised right here in Mesa, Arizona. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arizona State University, and
later went on to receive his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health.
Dr. Nielson is passionate about providing patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with those he treats. He values the unique
blend of science, art, and service that dentistry offers, and he strives to help every patient feel confident in their smile.
Dr. Nielson has done extensive training in all aspects of general dentistry, including cosmetics and dental implants. He has worked in multiple locations and offices throughout the United States honing his skills and learning the optimal way to patient care. This unique approach has given him an excellent, calming bedside manner.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nielson enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, exploring Arizona’s outdoors, and staying active through sports and fitness. As a Mesa native, he’s proud to raise his family in the community that shaped him. He also enjoys grilling, catching local sports games, and reading in his spare time. He is excited to be part of the My Dental Team and looks forward to serving the community he calls home.

Paige Baugh, R.D.H.
Paige is an Arizona native and grew up in Gilbert. She received her Certificate in Dental Hygiene after graduating from Carrington College in Mesa.
Paige has four children, and they are her pride and joy. Her oldest
daughter, Kylie is an esthetician, and lives in Tempe. Her only son, Cade, serves in the U.S. Army and is currently stationed in Germany. Her youngest daughters, Kaitlyn and Aubree, love to play volleyball, just like their mom and older sister.
Paige loves spending time with her family. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, playing volleyball, kickball, riding bikes, and visiting the beach.
Paige absolutely loves her new work family at My Dental. She looks forward to many more years here.
Alissa Burt, R.D.H.

Alissa Burt, R.D.H. Alissa grew up in Alaska, Colorado, and Utah and just recently moved to Gilbert. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Utah College of Dental Hygiene after attending Utah State University. Alissa has been a hygienist for over 5 years. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients and building good relationships with them. She strives to help patients feel comfortable and have a positive experience. Outside of work, Alissa enjoys boating, hiking, skiing, and riding her motorcycle. She also really enjoys birding and crocheting. More than anything, however, she loves spending time with her husband Tanner and their dog Ranger. Tanner is currently in his 3rd year of medical school and is attending school through the Army. Alissa is excited to join our My Dental family and serving our amazing patients.

Savanna Hollon, R.D.H.
Savanna is an Arizona native who graduated in 2017 from Carrington
College right here in Mesa, AZ. From a young age, she knew she wanted
a career helping others – even joking that she was the family “tooth
expert,” where she often pulled her siblings’ loose teeth growingup.
As a registered dental hygienist, Savanna is passionate about building
lasting relationships with her patients and helping them improve their
oral health over time. She believes every patient deserves personalized
care and strives to create a comfortable, welcoming, and judgement-
free environment. Her goal is to educate patients on the connection
between oral health and overall wellness , all while helping them
achieve the happy, healthy, andconfident smiles they deserve.
Outside of the office, Savanna enjoys hot yoga, Pilates, swimming,
golfing, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family. At
home, she stays busy with her energetic Cockapoo, Birdie, who loves
showing off his tricks, going for long walks, and will eat just about
anything!
Savanna believes dentistry is about more than just teeth – it’s about
people. She hopes every patient leaves with that confident, fresh- clean
feeling, and knowing they have someone in their corner who cares about
both their smile and their overall health!

Brian J. McCartin, D.M.D.

Dr. Brian McCartin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration from the University of Oregon before completing his
Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Glendale,
Arizona. Since graduating, he has helped thousands of patients
throughout the valley achieve healthier, more confident smiles through
comprehensive dental care.
Dr. McCartin has extensive experience in all aspects of general
dentistry, including crowns and bridges, dental implants, root canal
therapy, removable prosthetics, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry. He is
passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options
and believes that great dental care starts with building trust and lasting
relationships.
Throughout his career, Dr. McCartin has remained committed to
continuing education and staying current with advances in dentistry so
he can provide the highest level of care possible. His goal is to help
patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental health
while creating smiles that are both healthy and functional.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. McCartin enjoys spending time with his wife, Liz,
and their three children. As a longtime Arizona resident, he enjoys
camping, traveling, exploring the outdoors, music festivals,
woodworking, playing guitar, and staying active with fitness. Family is at
the center of his life, and he brings that same sense of care and
connection into his relationships with patients every day.

Hello! My name is Lily. I was born in the Philippines, but I have lived in Arizona since I was 5, so I consider myself an AZ native! I come from a long line of men who served in the military. Veterans have a special place in my heart. I went to college in North Carolina and I’ve been in dentistry for 15 years. I love changing lives one smile at a time! When I’m not in the dental chair treating patients, you can find me hanging out with my husband and 2 kids, traveling, hiking, reading books, playing board games (I’m super competitive!), and cheering on my AZ sports team. I also mentor youth/women at my church and have been on a few dental mission trips. I love people and I love teeth and I am excited to be a part of the My Dental family!
