Dr. William C. Fulcher of My Dental Dentistry & Implants
William C. Fulcher, D.D.S.
Dr. Fulcher was born at Williams Air Force Base in Mesa, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University and majored in Chemistry and Small Business. After only 3 years, he went on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Fulcher has extensive training and experience in all aspects of General Dentistry. He also has completed advanced programs in Aesthetic Dentistry, Endodontics (root canals), Orthodontics, Sleep
Apnea, and Oral Surgery, where he learned wisdom tooth removal and implant placement, which has now become his main focus.
Dr. Fulcher enjoys giving back to the community. In addition to our annual Teacher Smile Makeover and Veteran’s Smile Day, Dr. Fulcher went on a dental mission to Cambodia with Agape Ministries. While there, he treated over 1,000 children! In 2009, he was awarded the Edwin
L. Wilson, Jr. award, which recognizes dentists who exemplify compassion, dedication, and enthusiasm in the field of dentistry.
From 2009 to 2015, Dr. Fulcher was a partner in multiple dental offices throughout the Valley. After selling those, Dr. Fulcher founded My Dental in 2015 to better align his two passions of helping people and providing high quality dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fulcher enjoys spending time with his wife, Shari, and their three children, Bella, Greyson, and Remi. He loves doing anything outdoors, especially sports!

J. Cade Clark, D.M.D.
Dr. Clark was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. Froma young age, he has been fascinated with ornate detail. A high school jewelry teacher recognized this and suggested a career in dentistry.
After serving a church mission, Dr. Clark attended Arizona State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Applied Biological Sciences. Throughout undergraduate, Dr. Clark worked
as both a dental assistant and an oral surgery assistant, gaining valuable experience in the field.
Following graduation, he combined his interest in biology and passion for working with people by pursuing a degree in dentistry and obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from A.T. Still University Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health right here in Mesa. During his time in dental school, he also obtained a certificate in Dental Public Health.
Dr. Clark enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. The Clark family shares a love for outdoor adventures, and can frequently be found hiking, swimming, and camping.
Nicholas J. Maguire, D.M.D.

Dr. Maguire was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University. Dr. Maguire went to Midwestern University in Chicago where he received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine.
Dr. Maguire met his wife, who is an Arizona native, in dental school. After just one visit, he fell in love with Arizona, so they decided to move out here to be close to family and enjoy the sunshine.
Dr. Maguire has always wanted to work in healthcare and found a passion for dentistry as it allows him to explore his artistic side and spend quality time with patients.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Maguire enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, watching sports, and attending live games, as well as exploring Arizona’s outdoor activities. We are excited for him to be a part of the My Dental Team!

Paige Baugh, R.D.H.
Paige is an Arizona native and grew up in Gilbert. She received her Certificate in Dental Hygiene after graduating from Carrington College in Mesa.
Paige has four children, and they are her pride and joy. Her oldest
daughter, Kylie is an esthetician, and lives in Tempe. Her only son, Cade, serves in the U.S. Army and is currently stationed in Germany. Her youngest daughters, Kaitlyn and Aubree, love to play volleyball, just like their mom and older sister.
Paige loves spending time with her family. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, playing volleyball, kickball, riding bikes, and visiting the beach.
Paige absolutely loves her new work family at My Dental. She looks forward to many more years here.

Mary is originally from Rochester, NY. She received her Certificate in Dental Hygiene along with her Associated in Applied Sciences from Monroe Community College in NY. She has extensive experience in periodontics and general practice, as well as a volunteer at nonprofit clinics in both Glendale, AZ and Sonoyta, Mexico.
Mary has 3 fabulous children. Her youngest recently graduated from high school and is studying Culinary Arts. Her middle child is an Army Ranger, currently stationed in Germany with his wife. Her daughter is her eldest and resides in Gilbert and enjoys her career in banking.
Mary loves being by the water and misses the beautiful, clear spring fed lakes and wooded forests in the Adirondack region in NY. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. She also enjoys fitness, yoga, and long walks with her adorable Shi-tzu poodle, Dougie.
Mary loves being a hygienist, as it has allowed her to collaborate closely with people from diverse cultures and walks of life. She appreciates all she has learned from her patients, from hearing their stories, to learning about the industries where they work, and where to find the best food in the Phoenix area. She strives to keep her patients comfortable and happy!

Rachel M. Young, D.M.D.
Dr. Young was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Environmental Policy, with a minor in Biology, from Occidental College in Los Angeles. Dr. Young then went to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts to receive her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. After receiving her degree, she moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to begin her career. After enjoying and exploring the Midwest, it was time to move closer to home, choosing sunny Arizona!
Dr. Young’s mom was also a dentist, inspiring her to follow in her footsteps. She enjoyed watching her mom build close bonds with patients, treating them like family. Similarly, Dr. Young enjoys treating her patients, excelling in all areas of dentistry. Over the years, she has developed a love for transforming smiles, specifically enjoying full mouth rehabilitation cases, and seeing patients regain their confidence through their smiles!
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Young loves playing volleyball and caring for her two French bulldogs. She is a complete foodie and is always looking for new recommendations! She loves spending time at the beach and traveling to new places.

Alissa Burt, R.D.H.
Alissa grew up in Alaska, Colorado, and Utah and just recently moved to Gilbert. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Utah College of Dental Hygiene after attending Utah State University.
Alissa has been a hygienist for over 5 years. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her patients and building good relationships with them. She strives to help patients feel comfortable and have a positive experience.
Outside of work, Alissa enjoys boating, hiking, skiing, and riding her motorcycle. She also really enjoys birding and crocheting. More than anything, however, she loves spending time with her husband Tanner and their dog Ranger. Tanner is currently in his 3rd year of medical school and is attending school through the Army.
Alissa is excited to join our My Dental family and serving our amazing patients.
